BROADWAYWORLD REVIEW:
"
Award-winner Andrew Metzger brings so much quirk and eccentricity and delicious comedy to Mr. Bumble that I couldn’t get enough of this odious man.  Andrew Metzger is a wizard of an actor, stealing every scene in he is in."

"In his role of the Lion, Metzger is the production’s obvious star. The actor eschews Bert Lahr’s trembling timidity, instead more closely resembling the stage persona of Nathan Lane. This Lion is the most boisterous character on hand, and with his stage presence and natural comic timing, Metzger walks away with his every scene."

While in Toronto, Andrew and the rest of the main stage cast were training and rehearsing for multiple entertainment offerings onboard, including three Broadway-style productions. BroadwayWorld
"
Metzger brings an impish sense of mischief to and romance to Uncle Fester and delivers some truly funny moments and zingers based on current events."

San Diego Tribune (First review)
"The resident wisecracker is Uncle Fester. Andrew Metzger imbues him
with off-the-wall wackiness and spouts a couple of throwaway pop-culture and political references.
"

San Diego Tribune (Second review)

"Metzger brings a delightful charm to the role of Uncle Fester."

San Diego Magazine
Uncle Fester (Andrew Metzger) has the standout number of the whole production,
“The Moon and Me,” exquisitely weird in the most delightful way.
